What time can I check in?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we will be happy to give you the key in advance. If it is not ready, you can already check in, leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the hotel's facilities while waiting for your room.
What time should I check out?
On the day of your departure, rooms must be vacated by 12pm at the latest. However, if you wish to spend your last day with us, we will be happy to keep your luggage in the luggage room. We also offer a « late departure » service at €60, which allows you to keep your room until 2pm.

Where can I park my car?
The center of Flaine is entirely pedestrianized. Upon your arrival (or departure), you can access the hotel by car to drop off your luggage. You will then have to park your vehicle in the car parks at the entrance to the resort. Car park P2 (the closest) is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. If it is full, we advise you to park at P3, located in Flaine Forêt, and use the elevators to go back down to Flaine Forum.
How to get to Flaine by public transport?
Everyone has their own means of transport: by train, bus or plane... Flaine and the Totem are easily accessible.
The closest train station is in Cluses, about 30km away. From there, you can catch a regular bus with Altibus, which will get you to the resort in just an hour. Check out the schedules and info right here.
The nearest airport is Geneva, which is 80km away. From the airport, you'll need to take a train to Cluses and then hop on an Altibus bus. You could also book a private transfer.
Where can I rent ski equipment?
Visit the Totem ski shop, located in the lobby next to reception. As a hotel guest, you'll receive up to 25% off rental equipment depending on the period. Book your equipment online now to take advantage of the best rates.
Prefer to bring your own gear? Our ski technicians are also available to check, wax, sharpen, and repair your skis in our workshop, located in the heart of the ski shop.
Where can I store my ski equipment?
We provide you with a ski room with direct access to the slopes. This closed and secure room allows you to store your equipment during your stay at the Totem. You will find personalized ski lockers per room with padlock locking.
How far is the hotel from the ski slopes?
The hotel is located right on the snow front in Flaine Forum, with direct access to the ski lifts.
What are the Spa opening hours?
The Spa-Wellness area is open every day from 9am to 7:30pm. It's for guests aged 16 and over.
Entry is free for guests staying in the Junior Suites, Suites, Family Suites, and the Loft. For guests staying in Classic and Club rooms, access is €10 per day or €45 for a week (price per person).
Treatments are available from 10am to 7:30pm, and children aged 5 and over can enjoy them with an adult.
Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. There's a dedicated access ramp for people with reduced mobility at the hotel entrance. Our accessible rooms and communal areas are on the ground floor, and the spa is directly accessible by elevator.
