Check-in is possible from 4pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is ready, we'll be happy to give you the key in advance. If your room is not ready, you can check in early, leave your luggage in the luggage room and use the hotel's facilities while you wait for your room.
What time should I check out?
Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of your departure. However, if you'd like to spend your last day with us, we'll be happy to store your luggage in the luggage room. We also offer a "late check-out" service at €60, which allows you to keep your room until 2pm.

For €15 per night, your pet can accompany you to your room.
Where can I park my car?
The center of Flaine is entirely pedestrianized. On arrival (or departure), you can drive up to the hotel to drop off your luggage. You'll then need to park your vehicle in the parking lots at the entrance to the resort. Parking lot P2 (the nearest) is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. If this is full, we recommend that you park in P3, located in Flaine forêt, and use the elevators to go back down to Flaine Forum.
How to get to Flaine by public transport?
By train, bus or plane... Flaine and Totem are easily accessible.
The nearest train station is Cluses, 30km away. From Cluses station, regular Altibus bus services take you to the resort in just 1 hour. For timetables and information, click here.
The nearest airport is Geneva, 80km away. From the airport, you'll need to take a train to Cluses and then board an Altibus. You can also hire a private transfer company.
Where can I rent ski equipment?
Visit the Totem skishop, located in the lobby next to reception. As a hotel guest, you'll benefit from up to 25% off rental equipment, depending on the season. Book your equipment online now to take advantage of the best rates.
Prefer to bring your own equipment? Our skimen are also available to check, wax, sharpen and repair your skis in the workshop at the heart of the skishop.
Where can I store my ski equipment?
A ski room with direct access to the slopes is at your disposal. This closed and secure room will enable you to store your equipment during your stay at Le Totem. You'll find personalized ski lockers in each room, with padlocks.
How far is the hotel from the ski slopes?
The hotel is located on the snow front in Flaine Forum, with direct access to the ski lifts.
What are the Spa's opening hours?
The Spa-Wellness area is open daily from 9am to 7:30pm. Accessible from 16 years of age.
Admission is free for guests staying in Junior Suites, Suites, Family Suites and the Loft. Guests staying in Classic and Club rooms pay €10 a day or €45 for a week (rate per person).
Treatments are available from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for children aged 5 and over, accompanied by an adult.
Is the hotel accessible for disabled guests?
Yes, an access ramp for disabled guests is available at the hotel entrance. PMR rooms and common areas are located on the first floor, and the spa is directly accessible by elevator.
