Yoga Hatha Flow
This class offers gentle, introspective practices (hatha and yin yoga). Time is taken to enter the postures and observe sensations. Asanas (postures) can be held for several minutes to help the body relax deeply.
From pranayama onwards, each class includes a final relaxation (savasana) to integrate the benefits of the practice.
This yoga class can be dynamic or more gentle, depending on the season and the desires of the participants.

Group yoga classes are open to all*, by reservation and subject to availability. All equipment is provided. Private classes are available on request 24 hours in advance.
