We gave carte blanche to our chef Julie and Laurine, our restaurant manager. Their eclectic proposals are inspired and generous, a blend of their personalities and their vision of the Totem.
"Home-made" and "concocted from fresh, local produce" are the watchwords of the Friendly Kitchen. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are on offer, so you can gather around the table with your loved ones.
The creative cocktails, designed by Christian, our Friendly Bar manager, draw their inspiration from the artistic personality of Totem and the Flaine resort that hosts it.
Timeless cocktails, mocktails and local beers complete the bar menu.

The chef and her team offer an unlimited homemade buffet using fresh, local, seasonal produce. From appetizers to desserts, the menu is renewed every evening to vary the pleasures and discover new gourmet and balanced flavors.
Each evening, in addition to our buffet, we feature a dish of your choice.
From April 14, dinner will be partially à la carte. Choose from a variety of dishes and enjoy our starter and dessert buffets.
