We've given our chef Julie and our restaurant manager carte blanche. Their eclectic proposals are inspired and generous, a blend of their personalities and their vision of the Totem.
"Home-made" and "concocted from fresh, local produce" are the watchwords of the Friendly Kitchen. Vegetarian dishes are always on offer, so you can gather around the table with your loved ones.
The creative cocktails created by Christian, our Friendly Bar manager, draw their inspiration from the artistic personality of Totem and the Flaine resort that hosts it.
